You can vote in two ways:

On the internet
Where? At
How? Press on the “Vote now” button where the candidates are presented. You can log in to vote with your Personal Identity Number (10 numbers) and Election Code which is available on your student union card. If you can’t login, visit the election booth on the 27th of November or email the Election Committee.
Refresh the page if you can only see a blank vote option after logging in.
When? Voting takes place between 19th of November and 27th of November. It will stop accepting votes at 21:00 on the 27th of November.
Can’t find your election code? No worries. If you know that you are a member, please email us at and attach a proof of payment of your membership (you should have a receipt in your email somewhere, search for “unicore”). Or book a time in the election booth on election day!

If you can’t vote online or became a member after 2020-11-13.
Where? At the pub (L3) at the School.
How? Book a time slot and bring your identification card to an election staff member and you will receive further instructions on how to vote.
When? Voting at the election booth only takes place on 27th of November between 12 AM and 6 PM. PLEASE NOTE that due to COVID-19, we want you to book a time slot for voting. Email us at and let us know during which time you’re available, and we’ll assign a time slot to you. To be eligible to vote, one must be a member of HHGS and study at the School of Economics, Business & Law at Gothenburg University or on its behalf. You must be a member by 2020-11-13 to be able to vote online. If you become a member after this but before 2020-11-19, you must contact the Election Committee ( because you will have to be added manually to the voter list. If you become a member at a later date, the voting must be done in the election booth. The last day to vote is on November 27th.
